Regular meetings usually take place on the second Wednesday of the month from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at 5006 Roblin Blvd. (between fire hall and library).

In this one hour session we will talk about the science behind these transformations and tips for incorporating these living foods into your diet.
Starter cultures like yogurt, ginger soda, water kefir and kombucha as well as artful, informative booklets will be available for sale."
